there’s this misconception that men in order to be strong ad MANLY has to be “emotionally constipated”…to not be expressive especially when upset or excited or he will look weak like “women” as women are also taught to be more sensitive
emotions are just unstable…so women are unstable/
this idea allows men to be this way in order to show dominance and control women…this leads to a lot of pressure and manifests into psychological illnesses to both genders….
so nobody wins in these scenarios…
so if you are happy, be happy
and when you are sad be sad! -
